Z-19-00190 VARIANCE(S) Zoning District:  R-A Estate Residential  The application of Roberto and Joanne de Guardiola, Applicant, relative to property located at 12 LAGOMAR RD, legal description on file, is described below.  1. A variance request to construct a tennis court and associated required perimeter fence with a 6.25 street side yard setback in lieu of the 35 foot minimum required and a 5.5 foot front yard setback In lieu of the 35 foot minimum required in the R-A Zoning District. 2.
