Z-18-00163 SITE PLAN REVIEW  Zoning District: R-D (2) High Density Residential  The application of Kirkland House (Elaine Gunnoe, Manager), Applicant, relative to property located at 101 WORTH AVE SUITE: SITE, legal description on file, is described below.   The Kirkland House Condominium Association, Inc. is requesting site plan approval for a 750 KW generator with a 3000 gallon underground fuel tank and the construction of a required building to house said generator which measures 445 square feet. The generator building is proposed to be located on the southwest side of the condominium building. The building is designed so that it will match the look of the condominium building and will not be visible from Worth Avenue, South Ocean Boulevard, or the property to the west of the Kirkland House. It will also be sufficiently screened with landscaping.
