RESOLUTION NO. 193-2018 A Resolution of the Town Council of The Town Of Palm Beach, Palm Beach County, Florida, Approving The Selection Committee Recommendation For RFP No. 2018-55, For Temporary Personnel Services To Faneuil Inc. As The Primary Vendor And Howroyd-Wright Employment Agency, Inc. dba Appleone Employment Services As The Secondary Vendor And Establishing A Project Budget Of $150,000.00 For FY2019. The Remaining Extensions For The Following Four Years Shall Be Approved Only Upon Satisfactory Performance As Determined At The Discretion Of The Human Resource Director And The Purchasing Manager For A Five Year Contract Budget Of $828,843.00 Contingent Upon Funding In Future Fiscal Years.

NOTE: Proposed Cost Savings of the new contract have been identified as follows: The 2013 solicitation had the prime contractor with a 37% markup. The new solicitation has the prime contractor with a 28.8% markup. Total savings will be noted annually based on the number of agency temporaries hired by the prime contractor.
