RESOLUTION NO. 192-2018 A Resolution Of The Town Council Of The Town Of Palm Beach, Palm Beach County, Florida, Awarding Bid No. 2018-54 And Approving A Contract And Purchase Orders To John Cassidy, For HVAC, Maintenance Services, Commercial Refrigeration, Freezers, Replacement Units And Related Parts, And Establishing A Project Budget Of $121,225 For FY2019. The Remaining Extensions For The Following Four Years Shall Be Approved Only Upon Satisfactory Performance As Determined At The Discretion Of The Public Works Director And The Purchasing Manager For A Five Year Contract Budget Of $675,165, Contingent Upon Funding In Future Fiscal Years.

 

NOTE:     Proposed Cost Savings of $20,340 annually and $101,700 over the period of five years. This is a result of the reduced number of service maintenance calls from twelve a year to six a year.
