RESOLUTION NO. 154-2018 A Resolution of the Town Council of the Town of Palm Beach, Palm Beach County, Florida, Awarding Bid No. 2018-50 and Approving a Contract and Purchase Orders to Advanced Disposal Services Solid Waste Southeast, Inc., for Compacted Garbage Collection, in the Amount of $315,411.41, and Establishing a Project Budget of $318,000 for FY2019. The Remaining Extensions for the Following Four Years Shall be Approved Only Upon Satisfactory Performance as Determined at the Sole Discretion of the Public Works Director for an Additional Amount of the Previous Year, an Annual Escalator will be Negotiated Each Year Prior to Renewal for a Four Year Budget of $1,742,847.13, Contingent Upon Funding in Future Fiscal Years.
