A request for special exception approval is being requested to allow outdoor promotional events as a permitted special exception use in the C WA Zoning District for town serving outdoor promotional events at the Esplanade Building in the central courtyards. The proposed hours of operation will align with the store and restaurant hours to be Sunday through Thursday 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM and Friday and Saturday 7:00 AM to 11 :00 PM.
