The application of OLD KAPOK LLC (Robb Turner), relative to property located at 8 S LAKE TRL, legal description on file, is
described below.
A variance request to allow a jacuzzi/spa (and related equipment) to the north of the existing pool cabana/gym that will have a
front yard setback of 2.75 feet in lieu of the 35 foot minimum required in the R A Zoning District.
