a.  RESOLUTION NO. 63-2018  A Resolution of the Town Council of the Town of Palm Beach, Palm Beach County, Florida, Replacing the Friends of Recreation Letter of Agreement, Approved in Resolution No. 113-2016, with a Capital Grant Agreement for the Purpose of Constructing and Operating a Recreation Center for the Town at Seaview Park with Funding Support in the Amount up to $5,000,000 with the Friends of Recreation, Inc., as Part of a Public/Private Partnership and Authorizing the Town Manager to Execute the Same on Behalf of the Town.
