Z-18-00087 VARIANCE(S)  The application of KRAMER TONI H., Applicant, relative to property located at 211 TANGIER AVE, legal description on file, is described below. A request to enclose the existing 211 sq. foot loggia (that was constructed to remain unenclosed when originally built in 2007) that would require the following variance: 1) A cubic content ratio of 4.25 in lieu of the 4.12 existing and the 3.93 maximum all]owed in the R-B Zoning District. [Applicant's Representative:  Maura Ziska Esq] [Architectural Review Commission Recommendation:  Implementation of the proposed variance will not cause negative architectural impact to the subject property.  Carried 7-0.  The Architectural Commission approved the project at the April 25, 2018 meeting.  Carried 7-0.]
