Section 134-843 (10)a. An application for a Variance to allow the construction of a 748 s.f. master bathroom addition in the same area that was previously approved for a walk-in closet in 2011 (COA-020-2011) and a master bathroom in 2013 (VAR-14-2013), with a maximum building height of 29 feet in lieu of 25 feet allowed. [Applicant's Representative: Peter Broberg]  [Landmark Preservation Commission Recommendation:  Implementation of the proposed variance will not cause negative architectural impact to the subject landmarked property.  Carried 7-0.]
