Z-17-00062 VARIANCE(S) Zoning District: R-B Low Density Residential The application of SOTER WILLIAM J &, Owner, relative to property located at 198 VIA MARINA SUITE: CABANA, legal description on file, is described below. 1) Request for a variance to replace 3 glazed walls and French doors on a 307 square foot pool cabana located on the east side of the property (demolishing more than 50% of the cubic volume) which will result In a cubic content ratio ("CCR") of 4.36 for existing and proposed in lieu of the 3.927 maximum allowed in the R-B Zoning District. 2) Request for a variance to allow the existing 12 foot east side yard setback of the pool cabana to remain In lieu of the 12.5 foot minimum setback required in the R-B Zoning District.
