Construction of three dormers on existing third story. 1. Sec. 134-893 (b)(10)b To allow a building height of +37'-7 1/2" in lieu of the 22'-0" maximum allowable. 2. Sec. 134-893 (b)(10)c 134-2: To allow an overall building height of 42'-1 3/4"  in lieu of the 30'-0" maximum allowable. 3.
