ZON-23-026 (ARC-23-011) 220 ARABIAN RD (COMBO)—SPECIAL EXCEPTION AND SITE PLAN REVIEW The applicant, Walter Wick, has filed an application requesting Town Council review and approval for special exception and site plan review to construct a new two-story residence on portions of platted lots which are deficient in lot width in the R-B zoning district.
