The applicant, Bruce Leeds, Trustee of the Bruce Leeds Declaration of Trust, dated May 30, 2007, has filed an application requesting Town Council review and approval for a variance to reduce the required west rear yard setback, in conjunction with the construction of a new two-story accessory structure. The Landmarks Preservation Commission will perform design review of the application.
