The Architectural Commission will perform design review of the application. [Architectural Review Commission Recommendation: Implementation of the proposed variances will not cause negative architectural impact to the subject property. Carried 7-0.] [The Architectural Review Commission approved the project with conditions relating to the architecture. Carried 7-0.]
