ZON-21-015 (COA-21-004) 264-270 SOUTH COUNTY ROAD AND 205 ROYAL PALM WAY (COMBO) The applicant, Carriage House Properties Partners LLC, has filed an application requesting Town Council review and approval for Special Exception Request with Site Plan Review to modify a previously approved private club, including a variance to reduce the required 10’-0” clear sidewalk in order to provide a landscape strip. [Landmarks Preservation Commission Recommendation: Implementation of the proposed variance will not cause negative architectural impact to the subject landmarked property. Carried 7-0.] [The Landmarks Preservation Commission approved the project with conditions related to the architecture. Carried 7-0.]
