A request for a variance to add 1,452 square foot, one-story addition, onto an existing one-story guest house that would result in a cubic content ratio ("CCR") of 4.72 in lieu of the 4.49 existing and the 4.5 maximum allowed in the R-B Zoning District for a lot that is 65,500 feet in area.
