Section 134-890(5): Modification to a previously approved private club which is a special exception use in a residential zoning district by adding a paddle ball court on the Fairview Road property owned by the Palm Beach Country Club. Section 134-1759: A request for Special Exception Approval with Site Plan Review to allow construction of a paddle ball court that will be enclosed and screened by landscaping.
