JORDAN 1998 TRUST DATED NOVEMBER 18, 1998, applicant, relative to property located at 273 TANGIER AVE, legal description on file, is described below. The Applicant is proposing to enclose a 432 square foot balcony on the second floor in the rear of the residence in order to create an office. This will require the following variance to be requested: Section 134-893(13): a cubic content ratio of 4.1 in lieu of 3.9 existing and the 3.93 maximum allowed in the R-B Zoning District.
