Z-21-00330 VARIANCE(S)  Zoning District: R-A Estate Residential & B-A Beach Area  The application of EMIL & YVONNE SOLIMINE, applicants, relative to property located at 830 S OCEAN BLVD, legal description on file, is described below.   Section 134 843 (11): a variance request to allow the construction of a 1,780 square foot two story infill addition for a first floor living room area and two second floor bedrooms that will result in a lot coverage of 30.9 % in lieu of the 27.65% existing and the 25% maximum allowed.  [Applicant's Representative: Maura Ziska Esq]   [Architectural Review Commission Recommendation:  Implementation of the proposed variance will not cause negative architectural impact to the subject property.  Carried 7-0.]  [The Architectural Review Commission approved the project as presented.  Carried 7-0.]
