Z-20-00298 VARIANCE  Zoning District:  R-AA Large Estate Residential  The application of Paul Tudor Jones II, Applicant, relative to property located at 1300 S OCEAN BLVD, legal description on file, is described below.  Section 134 794: A request for variance to construct a 70 square foot, 3rd story hallway addition to connect the existing nonconforming two bedroom wings on the 3rd floor of a landmark house where only two stories is the maximum allowed in the R AA Zoning District under today's zoning code. [Applicant's Representative: Maura Ziska Esq]  Landmarks Preservation Commission Recommendation:  Implementation of the proposed variances will not cause negative impact to the subject landmarked property.   Carried 7-0.] [The Landmarks Preservation Commission approved the project with a condition.  Carried 7-0.]
