Sec. 134-1109(a) (3) - A special exception to allow a one-story 922 sq. ft. addition as a permanent replacement for the existing tent structure which has been in place from October through May each year for 25+ years, with no increase in seating, at a private social club which is permitted as a special exception use in the C-TS zoning district. 2.
