d. RESOLUTION NO. 179-2024 A Resolution of the Town Council of the Town of Palm Beach, Palm Beach County, Florida, awarding a purchase order to Kimley-Horn and Associates, Inc. for Construction Phase Services for Phase 8 Undergrounding in the amount of $409,356, approving a contingency in the amount of $61,403 for an approved project budget in the amount of $470,759.
