(COMBO)—VARIANCE The applicants, David and Jill Shulman, have filed an application requesting Town Council review and approval for a variance to (1) exceed the maximum allowable Cubic Content Ratio (CCR) for the construction of enclosed additions and a rear awning to the single-family residence. The Architectural Commission shall perform the design review component of the application. [Architectural Review Commission Recommendation: Implementation of the proposed variances will not cause a negative architectural impact to the subject property. At the December 13, 2023, Town Council Meeting, the project variance was denied. At the January 10, 2024, Town Council Meeting, a motion to reconsider the above-mentioned project was approved. Therefore, this project will be reheard.
