The applicant, Four Winds Estates LLC (Steve and Christine Schwarzman), has filed an application requesting a Certificate Of Appropriateness for the proposed conversion of an existing tennis court into a padel tennis court with glass enclosed court walls on the west side of the property and the installation of artificial turf ground cover around the court game that contains an existing two-story Landmarked structure. This is a combination project that shall also be reviewed by Town Council as it pertains to zoning relief/approval.
